Tuesday, November 20, 2018 Sebagaimana diketahui, barang bekas ternyata masih memiliki nilai yang bisa kita ambil manfaatnya. Alih-alih dibuang, barang bekas bisa menjadi produk berdaya jual tinggi jika diolah dengan baik. Sebut saja Kaleng Lani, yang berhasil merubah limbah kaleng menjadi kerajinan tangan unik nan komersial. Ada juga Mas Taufik dari Kramat Jati-Jakarta Timur yang sukses berbisnis kerajinan tangan berupa miniatur vespa yang terbuat dari kaleng bekas softdrink. Kemudian yang terbaru di website peluang usaha ini adalah memanfaatkan barang bekas berupa kardus sebagai prakarya yang memiliki nilai jual. Kalau kemarin saya sudah menuliskan tentang pembuatan tempat pensil dan bunga dari kardus, hari ini saya akan melengkapinya dengan menuliskan cara membuat mainan berupa robot dari kardus. Meski dari kardus, robot ini nantinya bisa bergerak loh! Penasaran? Alat dan bahan membuat robot dari kardus - Kardus bekas - Cutter - Spidol - Penggaris - Carving tool - Sedotan - Lem tembak lem lilin - Dinamo bekas - Jangka - Gunting - Tusuk sate - Karet gelang - Solder - Baterai hp bekas - Saklar toggle - Lem super alteco, lem korea - Tusuk es krim Langkah-langkah pembuatan robot dari kardus yang bisa bergerak Buat pola seperti di atas pada kardus, lalu potong dengan cutter dan penggaris sesuai pola Lubangi dengan carving tool pada pola yang sudah dikasih titik Tandai sedotan dan potong sepanjang tanda yang sudah dibuat. Buat sebanyak 6 potongan sedotan Masukkan potongan sedotan pada lubang kardus Beri lem super pada pinggiran sedotan agar sedotan melekat kuat dengan kardus. Ingat, hanya di pinggirnya saja, bukan di dalam sedotan Beri lem tembak pada kedua ujung kardus yang dipasangi sedotan tadi. Pada gambar ini, no 1 merupakan sisi yang diberi lem tembak, sedangkan no 2 adalah potongan kardus lain pada tahap pertama yang disatukan dengan lem tembak Dengan lem tembak, lekatkan dinamo pada rangkaian kardus yang dibuat sebelum tahap ini Dengan menggunakan jangka, buat bentuk bulat seperti pada gambar. Lalu potong dan lubangi tengahnya sesuai pola Masukkan tusuk sate pada lubang bulatan, kemudian beri lem super pada tempat yang ditunjuk anak panah untuk merekatkan bulatan lainnya setelah nempel, beri lem super lagi untuk menempelkan bulatan yang baru lagi total 3 lapisan Buat bulatan kecil lainnya di kanan kiri lapisan bulatan besar. Lapisan kecil tersebut juga terdiri dari 3 lapisan seperti yang ditunjuk panah merah di atas. Tiap lapisan kecil juga diberi lem super untuk menggabungakannya. Lapisan kecil ini nantinya akan menjadi gear yang menggerakkan roda bulatan besar Buat 2 tusuk lain yang juga diberi 3 lapisan bulat besar. Untuk yang ini tidak usah diberi bulat kecil seperti tusuk yang di tengah itu Rangkailah komponen yang dibuat tadi seperti gambar ini. Pada panah merah, karet gelang mengarah ke gear dinamo. Sedangkan gear buatan yang ada di tengah itu akan menggerakkan 2 roda besar di atas dan bawahnya Beri lem super pada tiap sudut sambungan agar rangkaian lebih kuat Potong tusuk sate di bagian tengah Lubangi tusuk es krim dengan carving tool, lalu tancapkan tusuk sate seperti gambar di atas. Buat 4 seperti contoh Gabungkan 4 rangkaian tusuk es krim di atas ke rangkaian utama. Pada rangkaian utama, tusuk sate yang terlalu panjang bisa dipotong setelah rangkaian tusuk es krim dimasukkan Dengan menggunakan solder, rangkai kabel, dinamo dan baterai. Jangan lupa kabel untuk saklar togglenya Gunakan lem lilin untuk menempelkan baterai di kiri dinamo seperti pada gambar. Diberi selotip juga agar kuat. Masukkan kabel pada sela-sela rangkaian. Tarik hingga ujung untuk disambung dengan saklar toggle Tempelkan saklar toggle dengan lem lilin. Jangan lupa rangkai kabel untuk saklar toggle Buat bentuk seperti ini. Khusus untuk bentuk no 2 dibuat 1 pasang, karena itu akan menjadi kaki robot Rekatkan dengan lem super untuk menempelkan bagian no 1. Sedangkan bagian no 2, jangan lupa memberinya dengan potongan sedotan Kalau sudah benar, maka kaki robot akan jadi seperti ini Pasang kaki robot pada penggeraknya yaitu rangkaian tusuk es krim tadi. Pada bagian yang dilingkari merah, jangan lupa diberi tutup berupa bulatan yang direkatkan dengan lem super agar kaki tidak lepas Rangkai mata robot dan tempatkan di dekat saklar toggle Coba nyalakan saklar dan robot dari kardus pun akan berjalan Gimana, mudah bukan membuat robot dari kardus yang bisa berjalan?
